Your Teacher

Hello, my name is Radha Iveta and meditation is my daily practice. For me, it is a way of remembering and returning back home, to myself, to the heart, to what's real underneath the layers.

I been sharing the teachings and the practice of meditation for over a decade, including in the immersive format of silent meditation retreats, courses and private classes.

We will meet each morning at 7am, for a live meditation practice. If you miss the live call you can catch up on the recording later on in the day
