Cocoon In - Cacao Nada Yoga Nidra

This Cacao fuelled Nada Yoga + Yoga Nidra session includes a cacao ceremony, a gentle stretch, a skilfully guided relaxation and a sound meditation. Nada Yoga is the Yoga of Sound, a blissful dissolution into a meditative state, produced by a sound bath; and Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation which promotes awareness and better sleep.

This offering aims to down regulate the nervous system and to promote ease, relaxation and health at the end of the working week and in the midst of the "silly season". With the tendency of modern times to always be stressed and rushed, take time to slow down, unwind and take care of your health and wellbeing.
