Sattva Shakti: A Women’s Ayurvedic Retreat
"Sattva" refers to purity, balance, and harmony in Ayurveda, and "Shakti" represents feminine power and energy.
This 3-day Ayurveda retreat is designed specifically for women to reconnect with their inner balance and well-being.
Embracing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, each day of the retreat will immerse you in self-care rituals, nourishing practices, and holistic therapies that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and vitality.
